Your training will include a six week course, with six 3-hour sessions and one-on-one smaller group sessions. These sessions delve into topics that assist you in how to be successful in the business, such as Buyer Agency Contracts, the importance of discloser, real estate laws, and much more!
During and after your training, a Maxfield Real Estate Agent will be assigned to you for a period of six months to help you familiarize with the office and procedure, and help guide you through the first steps of your new real estate career.
