I’m very proud to call Alton, NH my home. I’m in a unique position to assist home buyers and sellers by having 30 years of commercial and mixed-use construction experience under my belt. I’ve spent the last 15 years negotiating contracts and implementing agreed upon specifications; entrusted to manage projects ranging from 40 to 240 million dollars as a superintendent. I’m particularly adept at listening to owner’s representatives and construction management companies to deliver a high quality product aligned with their expectations. My knowledge and experience has earned me widespread respect in the industry.

Real estate allows me to focus my energy on ambitious pursuits that better serve my local community. Relationships in a small town are more fulfilling and meaningful than the fleeting impersonal connections of the city. Furthermore, working in Boston daily during my first career has given me a special appreciation for the peace and relaxation the comes with lake life living.

The first time I came to Lake Winnipesaukee in 2018 to launch my boat, I pulled out of the channel in West Alton Marina, saw the mountain view and knew I would call the lakes region my home. I’m grateful every day to be living out my dream.
