Born and raised in Massachusetts, Rick spent his summers at THE LAKE. Upon coming home from the service he immediately moved to New Hampshire and has lived in Freedom since. He is married and has a son and a grandson. He worked as a carpenter/builder until 1984 when he started selling real estate. His office is located in Wolfeboro but he covers most of the central portion of the state including the Lakes Region and has been very successful over the years.

Rick is very familiar with selling properties of all types from small parcels of land to very large parcels (he sold one last year with 960 acres which was the largest parcel of land sold to a private buyer in the state). He also sold the 2nd most expensive home on Lake WInnipesaukee in the towns of Wolfeboro and Tuftonboro. He has worked with a number of foreign clients over the years and knows the best way to help them as clients and has been to five of the seven continents.

Rick has been selling real estate and has an extremely high success rate at selling his listings and selling buyers every kind of property.
