A New Hampshire native, I graduated from Stevens High School in Claremont and later 
attended Boston University, the University of Rhode Island, and Plymouth State University, 
earning degrees in Music, Education, and Educational Administration and Supervision.
Before my real estate career, Carol and I founded and operated Moods of New Hampshire, Inc., 
based in Wolfeboro. I also taught music at Kingswood Regional High School and Inter-Lakes 
Jr./Sr. High School, experiences that shaped my ability to communicate effectively, work 
closely with people, and build lasting relationships—skills that have proven invaluable in real 
estate.

Carol and I are also proud to support our communities through the WE CARE PROGRAM at 
Maxfield Real Estate, donating over $50,000 of our commissions to local nonprofit 
organizations. Giving back is an essential part of who we are and what Maxfield Real Estate 
stands for.
