Mike was extremely helpful and professional while helping my wife and I buy our house. He is easy-going and has a low pressure way of doing business. He was patient while we looked for the right house and when we finally did, we realized it was a private sale (for sale by owner.) Mike is a great real estate agent to work with. We had a lot of reservations and concerns about selling our property but his knowledge and expertise helped us feel more comfortable having our property listed and getting the price we wanted for it. Our property was listed on a Wednesday, Open House on Saturday, and had offers in on Sunday. By Monday we were under contract. It was a smooth sale and Mike was present at all the major milestones such as the inspection and the final walk-through. Mike checked in regularly with us and even stopped by after we moved out to make sure everything was good for the final walk through. He is very responsive and uses text message and email. We usually received a response immediately, if not, in an hour or two. I highly recommend using Mike as your agent as I'm sure he will provide a great experience as he did for my wife and I.
