Mike was awesome throughout the whole process. What we were looking for was going to be very difficult (horse property but at a low price). Mike stuck with us for almost 2 years, going to any place I could find that even remotely fit what we were looking for. He was happy to look at anywhere we saw, was always quick to respond to anything we found, and was quick to email any properties he found as well. It was a smooth sale and Mike was present at all the major milestones such as the inspection and the final walk-through. Mike checked in regularly with us and even stopped by after we moved out to make sure everything was good for the final walk through. He is very responsive and uses text message and email. We usually received a response immediately, if not, in an hour or two. I highly recommend using Mike as your agent as I'm sure he will provide a great experience as he did for my wife and I.
