Jen came to our first meeting completely prepared with our house researched and neighboring comps to discuss. We knew we would be putting our house on the market soon and as soon as we talked with Jen and saw how prepared she was, we knew immediately she was the realtor for us. When we went to her office to complete the rest of the paperwork she surprised the wife and I by upping the listing price from the original conversation. She raised it nearly $5,000. Again I thought this lady is crazy! Well I was wrong. Jenn knew exactly what she was doing. We actually received an offer for cash for $5,100 more than the second listing price! As a first time home buyer, there was much I did not know about the process. Anne was the perfect teacher, advisor and partner throughout this experience. I have not been involved in selling & buying a home in over 40 years, so this was a new experience for me.  Mark Ashley and Anne Jalbert were both involved in selling my house in Laconia and buying in Gilford.  They were both very professional and informative.  If I had any questions or concerns they were readily available.  They went out of their way to make this process for me comfortable, satisfying, and positive.  In short, they were great! 

Jennifer helped our family with a rental on Merrymeeting lake. We’ve never been to the area so we relied heavily on her judgement and expertise. She was such a pleasure to work with and even recommended some amazing places to visit while we were these. It was easily the best vacation we’ve ever taken.

Mike is a great real estate agent to work with. We had a lot of reservations and concerns about selling our property but his knowledge and expertise helped us feel more comfortable having our property listed and getting the price we wanted for it. Our property was listed on a Wednesday, Open House on Saturday, and had offers in on Sunday. By Monday we were under contract. It was a smooth sale and Mike was present at all the major milestones such as the inspection and the final walk-through. Mike checked in regularly with us and even stopped by after we moved out to make sure everything was good for the final walk through. He is very responsive and uses text message and email. We usually received a response immediately, if not, in an hour or two. I highly recommend using Mike as your agent as I'm sure he will provide a great experience as he did for my wife and I.
